This exhibit of life-size portraits, interviews, and "love notes" appeared in 2015 at the Rockbridge Regional Library in Larry's hometown of Lexington, Virginia.

 

Larry writes: These are good friends of mine from high school, all photographed on a recent trip I took through rural Virginia, where I grew up, and the surrounding states, where many of them now live.  Along with the photographs are original notes from our high school years, passed between us at the time. I call them “love notes” because I guess love is what we were all seeking, then as now.
